WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We are pleased to offer our customers a free UK 2nd class delivery option, which typically takes between 2 to 7 working days. However, if you need your order sooner, we do offer two additional delivery options.
For a small fee of £4, you can upgrade your delivery to 1st class and expect to receive your package within 1 to 2 working days. Alternatively, we offer a special delivery service for £7.50, which guarantees delivery by the next working day.
Please note that these delivery options are subject to availability and may not be available in all areas. If you have any further questions about our delivery options, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team.
- If you choose the Next Working Day delivery option and place your order before 2pm, you can expect to receive it on the following working day.
- If you place your order after 2pm using this delivery option, you should receive it within 2 working days from the day you placed the order.
- For orders placed on a weekend or a Bank Holiday using this delivery option, the delivery time frame will also be 2 working days from the day of the order placement.
Please note that during busy sale periods, the Next Working Day Delivery option may not be available. This will be indicated at the checkout, where only standard delivery will be offered as an option.
Please also be aware that our delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and carrier service disruptions. Therefore, while we will make every effort to meet the delivery dates and times stated on our website, we cannot guarantee them. Availability of items from our on-site warehouse may also impact delivery times.

We offer worldwide shipping, and you can get an estimated shipping cost by selecting the items you wish to purchase and proceeding to checkout.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The next email you should expect to receive is a dispatch confirmation that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the Royal Mail tracking website to check the status of your delivery. The courier will also send you an email to let you know when to expect your delivery.
On the day of the delivery, you will receive an email and a text message to confirm the delivery timeframe. This will help you plan your day accordingly and ensure that someone is available to receive the package.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We offer Standard Delivery for free on all orders within the UK, and the delivery time frame is typically 2-7 working days.
Next Working Day Delivery is available for a charge of £7.50, but only for orders placed before 2pm. Please note the following additional information regarding Next Working Day Delivery:
- If you choose Next Working Day Delivery and place your order before 2pm, you can expect to receive it on the following working day.
- If you place your order after 2pm using this delivery option, you should receive it within 2 working days from the day you placed the order.
- For orders placed on a weekend or a Bank Holiday using this delivery option, the delivery time frame will also be 2 working days from the day of the order placement.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?
If you are not available to receive your parcel when Royal Mail attempts to deliver it, they will leave a calling card to inform you of their attempt. The item will then be taken to the local depot for safekeeping. You can collect the parcel from the depot using the calling card and an appropriate form of identification.
In some cases, you may have the option to rearrange the delivery or request that Royal Mail leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour or in a designated safe location. This will depend on the delivery service and availability in your area. Please refer to the delivery information provided at checkout for more details.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ISN’T DELIVERED?
If you have not received your parcel within the expected delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information provided on the Royal Mail website. If you require further assistance, please email us, and we will investigate the issue with Royal Mail on your behalf.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your delivery details and a tracking number. You can track your delivery by visiting https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
DO I HAVE TO REQUEST FOR PRICE/S TO BE REMOVED FOR A GIFT?
If you are buying an item as a gift, we understand the importance of keeping the surprise. Therefore, we do not include prices on our price tags. Please keep in mind that if you need to return the item for a refund, we will require the original order confirmation. It is advisable to keep a copy of your email confirmation in case it is needed in the future.
