If you would like your bottle personalised, please follow the steps below.

Step 1 - Choose Your Bottle

Select the size and colour of the bottle you would like.
Please note that some bottles are only available in one size or colour, so if these options do not appear, there is no need to worry.

Step 2 Select Personalisation

Choose the Personalised option to enable engraving.

Step 3 - Choose Engraving Position

Select whether you would like engraving on the front, back, or both.
If the back option is not visible, it means it is not available for that particular bottle.

Step 4 - Enter Your Text

Enter your name or message in the Front Engraving Text box.

Step 5 - Choose a Font

Select your preferred font from the Front or Back Font Selection list.
If you would like a specific font that is not listed, please write the font name in the Personalisation Notes section and email the font file to enquiries@willysbottles.com
after checkout.

We will always email you a preview before engraving, so please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Step 6 - Preview Your Personalisation

Once your details are entered, you will be able to view a preview of your personalisation.

Step 7 - Orientation Requests

The engraving orientation is set by default. If you would prefer a different orientation, please let us know in the Personalisation Notes section below the colour options.
Please note that horizontal engraving may be limited by character length.

After placing your order, we will email you a preview. Once you approve the design, we will proceed with engraving.

Step 8 - Custom Logos, Designs or Handwritten Messages

If you would like a custom logo, design, or handwritten message, please select the relevant option and upload your artwork using the Choose File button.

Our design team will prepare your artwork and email you a preview for approval.

Important guidelines:

Handwritten messages and drawings should be done on plain white paper using a black pen

Please upload high quality images

Logos should be supplied in PNG or vector format where possible

Step 9 Monogram Designs

If you would like a monogram design, please visit the monogram section, select your preferred monogram number, and we will create and email a preview for approval.

Yes — we engrave in the UK for fast turnaround and crisp results.

Is engraving included?

No — engraving is charged separately and shown on the product page/checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Are bottles dishwasher-safe?

Hand-wash recommended to preserve the finish and insulation performance.
